Trustee with HR responsibilities
Voluntary (Part-time)

Milton Keynes Arts Centre’s Board of Trustees is now seeking a Trustee to join its Board.

The main purpose of this role is to provide oversight and guidance to the Executive Director on all HR matters, ensuring MKAC meets its legal obligations as an employer, and creates a positive working environment.

This is a critical role for which applicants must evidence HR qualifications and experience; previous experience of charity specific HR is desirable.

Applicants must also demonstrate a commitment to Milton Keynes Arts Centre, our strategic objectives, charitable purpose and our values and be able to commit the time required for the role.

We particularly encourage applications from individuals who are underrepresented in the cultural sector and who reflect the diversity of Milton Keynes communities with whom the Arts Centre works.
