Collection date for glazed work will be four weeks after your chosen taster session.
What will be covered in the class?
Join one of three introductory taster sessions taking place in 2020 and learn the basics of pottery and clay craft. Ideal for complete beginners, in these two and half hour sessions you will be led step-by-step through the making of a handmade vessel, and shown how to apply simple techniques to create detailed surface patterns. Once through the first stage of bisque firing is complete, our on-site technician will glaze your ceramic wear using a glaze of your choice from a selection of glazes available in the studio.
Who is this class suitable for?
This class is suitable for adults aged 16+ and is suitable for complete beginners.
There are a maximum of 12 places available for each set of taster sessions.
