Milton Keynes Arts Centre’s Schools Art Menu provides arts and contemporary craft workshops and experiences for all Key Stages led by our Artist Associates, with each workshop held within our specialist resource areas including art studio, ceramic studio, woodshop and silversmith.
The Schools Art Menu offers both half and full day workshops for up to 30 students per session led by artists and makers in:
Ceramics and Pottery
Designing and Making
Exploring geographic & cultural differences in city and landscapes
Each of these workshops and experiences can be tailored to compliment topics already being taught in school; for instance, making Tudor-era inspired ceramic ware, 20th Century designs and magazines, pre-historic Mod-roc sculptures.
Milton Keynes Arts Centre is set in the historic grounds of Great Linford Manor Park, providing perfect green spaces for children to spend their lunch-times and breaks, as well as the opportunity to visit a year round programme of exhibitions and events, meet on site artists and realise new possibilities of working with materials in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

All sessions are suitable for up to 30 students.
