Spaces are limited to one workshop per person across our adult activities, this is to ensure that as many people as possible have a chance to take part. If there are free spaces on the day, these will be offered to walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.
Donations, no matter how small, help to keep Milton Keynes Arts Centre operating and providing creative opportunities for our communities. Please donate whatever you can.

What will be covered in the class?
Guided by artist Lili John, use found natural tools from Great Linford Manor Park to add texture and pattern onto slabs of clay, which will become your hand-built pots and vases. Your creation will be taken home with you at the end of the session, where you can dry it and seal it with a combination of paint and PVA glue. Alternatively, sprinkle wild flower seeds into your clay before rolling it out, place your final un-fired piece in your garden or plant pot on the balcony, and wait for nature to take over.
What will I need to bring?
You may wish to bring a sketchbook to draw designs and make notes. Aprons or coveralls should be worn at all times, along with hair-ties and closed-toe shoes.
Face masks must be worn at all times, unless exempt.
Location
Ceramic Studio (Ground floor with raised tables, narrow doorways).
Tutor
Lili John is a British Multi- Media artist who is inspired by her dual Celtic & African heritage.
