Summary
Milton Keynes Arts Centreis looking for artists and creative practitioners to join our team of Artist Associates to help deliver our creative learning courses and take part in larger scale events across the year, both online and in-person.
We have a particular interest in global craft and can offer bespoke spaces for making, including art room, jewellery, woodworking and ceramic studios and have green open spaces for outdoor activities.
We aspire to remove barriers and be open to all and strongly encourage applications from individuals currently under-represented in the creative and cultural sectors. This includes but is not limited to people of African or Caribbean heritage; Latin American heritage; East Asian, South Asian and South East Asian heritage; people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.

Milton Keynes Arts Centre is keen that both our in-person and online audiences have access to a program of creative learning opportunities that inspire and support wellbeing.
We welcome proposals for the following:
Adults (16+)
Children (Early years: 0–5, 5–7, 7–11, 11–15)
Your proposal - please include the following— Max 200word description: what will participants make/ what are the techniques and creative outcomes.
— Who your content is for: adults,children, everyone?
— What materials, equipment and space are required?
— 5 desired learning outcomes

One day (6 hours) or two-day workshops

One-off events and activities (1 hour)

Courses and workshops for adults and young people who are neuro-divergent
Children (Early years: 0–5, 5–7, 7–11, 11–15)
- Five week courses (1.5 hours per week)

Half day (3 hours)

One-off events (30mins–1hour)
- Sensory exploration workshops for children with special educational needs and disabilities.
