Who is this class suitable for?
What will be covered in the class?
Use the garden as a place of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Katie will host a quiet, intimate workshop walk through the park. Soothing teas and light, vegan refreshments will be on offer from our Open Garden. Learn to make your own naturally scented lotions to soothe aching limbs. Spaces for contemplation, conversation and rest will be installed under the trees for nature gazing and doodling.
Refreshments, blankets, yoga mats and cushions are included. If you would like to take home any lotions or creams please bring along a sterilized jar or container. It may be helpful to bring a sketchbook or notebook to doodle or write in, or any small craft projects (knitting, origami, etc) you’d like to work on in peace.
