In response to Government advice regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19) and in consideration of the welfare of our community, Milton Keynes Arts Centre has made the sad decision to close as of Tuesday 17 March. We will be monitoring and reviewing the situation on a weekly basis and will provide updates here of our plans to reopen. Please note that all participants booked on our Jan–April creative courses have been contacted to advise of cancellations and refunds. We will be providing updated news very soon regarding our Spring 2020 series of courses.

This is a difficult time for all arts organisations. Instead of claiming refunds on tickets, we ask you to consider donating the ticket cost to Milton Keynes Arts Centre to ensure that our work with artists and communities may continue beyond the current crisis.

Alternatively, bidding is now open for our 2020 Plate Fundraiser, which offers unique artworks by leading artists from across the UK. All proceeds from the Plate Fundraiser will be used to deliver Milton Keynes Arts Centre’s free, year-round outreach programme providing creative learning opportunities for children and young people with little or no access to the arts.

We recognise that many individuals in our community will be isolated over the coming weeks. We will continue to think of ways we can connect with you all, and to provide ways for you to engage with, and participate in, art.
