What will be covered in the class?
This Art for Wellbeing workshop is loosely based upon The Artists’ Way by Julia Cameron, which aims to draw out and celebrate the artist within us all. Set over two afternoon sessions, we will experiment with creative visualisation, various art activities and a series of fun exercises which aim to unlock the creative spirit.
No experience is necessary, just a willingness to experiment in a supportive, nurturing environment.
All materials are included.
What to bring?
Please bring a sketch book and pen, an apron and mask and your choice of tea/coffee and snacks.
