Art Treats – Been there, done that, got the T-shirt

Who is this class suitable for? 
Suggested for children aged 5+, however all ages are welcome.

Children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Some of these activities will take place in our Art Studio which is not accessible for wheelchair users, please contact us prior to booking if you have any access concerns.

What’s included?
All materials are included. Snacks and drinks are purchasable in our café. You’re welcome to bring your own apron or coveralls to protect clothing from messy makers.



What will be covered in the class?
Make incredible art and learn something new in these fun, creative and family focussed workshops. Every week offering a different activity.

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt 
Inspired by Sigma Sigma Sigma artist Emma Cousin, make a zine to celebrate your summer. Bring photos and memorabilla from your summer to be photocopied, collaged, drawn and printed.

Learn about the history of tie-dye (or Shibori as it is known in Japan) and dye your own t-shirt. Please bring a waterproof bag to carry any damp t-shirts home.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Completing your booking with Milton Keynes Arts Centre signifies your agreement to the below terms of Refunds and Cancellation. All profits support our annual programme of exhibitions, events and charitable outreach projects.

Bookings are non-refundable and only transferable at the discretion of Milton Keynes Arts Centre. Any workshops that you are unable to attend cannot be refunded and cannot be reallocated.

Courses may be rescheduled/cancelled by Milton Keynes Arts Centre if the minimum number of required students is not met. Notification of a possible reschedule/cancellation will be sent to students three-working days before the first workshop of the term, in this instance only will refunds be issued in full if a course is rescheduled/cancelled.
Photographs and/or video will be taken during this course
As a registered charity, it can sometimes be necessary to share photos and videos of our community outreach in printed matter, social media, press releases and funding applications. By taking part in this event you grant Milton Keynes Arts Centre full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming to help achieve our charitable aims.
